The Challenge:
Wolverton Air is a fourth-generation, family-owned and operated air conditioning and heating company, serving the Dallas area for more than 85 years. The air conditioning and heating category in Dallas is one of the most crowded and competitive in the country. Large regional operators, national franchises, and private-equity-backed service companies dominate search results and aggressively compete for the same homeowner leads. At the same time, customer acquisition through Google and Facebook has become more complex and expensive than ever in 2025, with rising costs and declining lead efficiency. Our challenge was to generate new leads, drive new customers, and build awareness for Wolverton Air in a crowded category where the traditional digital acquisition channels that small businesses rely on, are becoming increasingly expensive and inefficient.
The Opportunity:
Homeowners aren’t just searching for services anymore, they’re discovering them through social platforms and AI-driven recommendations, like ChatGPT. This shift created a new opportunity for Wolverton Air. Instead of competing for the same expensive search clicks, we focused on building brand presence wherever homeowners were already spending time. The key was creating a distinctive brand asset that could anchor the brand and scale storytelling across platforms. By reallocating part of Wolverton Air’s SEO and paid search budget into scalable creative content, we transformed the brand’s social channels into discovery engines.
