The Challenge:

Wolverton Air is a fourth-generation, family-owned and operated air conditioning & heating company that has served the Dallas area for more than 85 years. The HVAC category in Dallas is one of the most crowded and competitive in the country. Large regional operators and private-equity-backed companies dominate search and aggressively compete for the same homeowner leads. At the same time, acquiring customers through Google and Facebook has become even more complex and expensive in 2026, with rising costs and declining lead efficiency. Our challenge was to generate leads, attract new customers, and build awareness for Wolverton Air.

 

The Opportunity:

Homeowners aren’t just searching for HVAC companies anymore. They’re discovering them through social media and AI assistants like ChatGPT. That shift created an opportunity for Wolverton Air to stop competing solely in the crowded world of paid search and start building a brand people would remember.
Introducing the Yeti, a distinctive brand character with endless storytelling potential. AI transformed what was possible. What once required commercial-scale budgets could now be produced for dollars instead of thousands. That made it possible for a family-owned HVAC company to create an ongoing stream of original, entertaining content instead of just a handful of campaigns each year.
